  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for bookings made directly through LIYA FLYING YAK HOLIDAYS. Third-party bookings or services not provided by LIYA FLYING YAK HOLIDAYS are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests typically take 7-10 business days to process once received. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
  1. Cancellation by the Customer:
  • More than 30 Days Before Departure: A full refund, minus any non-refundable fees or charges (e.g., administrative fees, booking fees, etc.), will be provided.
  • 15-30 Days Before Departure: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued, minus any non-refundable fees or charges.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date. However, we will do our best to assist in rescheduling your trip or finding alternative solutions.
  1. Cancellation by LIYA FLYING YAK HOLIDAYS:
  • For Operational Reasons: If LIYA FLYING YAK HOLIDAYS cancels your trip due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a full refund will be provided. Alternatively, we may offer a similar or upgraded trip at no additional cost.
  • For Service Issues: If there is a significant issue with the services provided that cannot be resolved during your trip, you may be eligible for a partial refund or compensation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Changes to Booking:
  • Requesting Changes: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the change, additional fees or charges may apply.
  • Changes Due to External Factors: In cases where changes are necessitated by factors beyond our control, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives or adjust your booking as reasonably possible.
